Yes: We ship to Canada and Mexico via UPS using your UPS Customer Account with all shipping, tariffs, and taxes handled by UPS. If you do not have a customer account, please contact us via phone or e-mail and we can get your order processed.

All assembly, packaging, and shipping for all of our products is completed in our warehouse in Metro-Detroit, MI. The components used to make each Magnetic Binder Ring are both imported and Made in the USA. Vinyl pockets are made right here in the USA. Dry Erase Boards are made out of USA Porcelain Magnetic Steel, MDF, and Aluminum. The tube and joint frames for dry erase displays are made out of both domestic and imported parts.

We have hung 10lbs of material from our binder rings, however, the number of sheets (or total weight) the spines will hold is determined by the surface the Binder Ring is placed on. If they are placed on a thin, ultra smooth substrate, they will hold less than if they are placed on a thicker piece of painted steel. Our spines are perfect for standard dry erase boards and we have never had complaints that our products would not hold what our customers have intended them for.

For Magnetic Binder Rings, If the magnet ever separates from the spine or it’s housing, we are happy to replace it at absolutely no cost to you. This, of course, does not include physical damage or abuse.

For Dry Erase Boards, the Porcelain Steel we use is the finest available and in the educational market, has a 50 year or life of the building warranty against ghosting. It is perfect for the physical abuse that our displays are put through in manufacturing environments.

We do not offer a warranty for our vinyl pockets.

Most binder ring and vinyl pocket orders are shipped the same or following business day. Larger orders (1000 or more) might require an additional day or two.
Dry Erase Boards and Displays are shipped within 5-7 business days.

Hang each binder and its vinyl-protected contents on nearby metal file cabinets or other metal surfaces.
Use solid metal surfaces for best results, allowing our magnetic binders to hold securely without wavering or moving.
